The startup has created a simple and elegant solution that lets you use your smartphone to take a mortgage application and create a loan.
The process is simple, quick, and super easy to use.
You can download a free app for Android or iOS and follow the onscreen prompts to set up a Rocket Mortgage loan, or you can download the Rocket Mortgage app and fill out your mortgage application online.
Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Make a Rocket mortgage application for your houseStep 2: Click on the “Start Loan” buttonStep 3: Fill out the details of your Rocket mortgage with a photo, address, and phone numberYou can also select a zip code to apply for.
The application is simple to use, and you can choose to pay upfront or pay over time, depending on how much you’re willing to pay.
You can pay online or pay by check, credit card, or wire transfer.
Rocket Mortgage will refund you any amount you owe.
Step 4: Review the loan terms and conditionsOnce you have your Rocket Mortgage application, you can then submit the application online or by phone.
You won’t have to wait for an email or an automated call to the Rocket mortgage company, as the application is automatically saved on your phone.
Once you submit your application, Rocket Mortgage sends you a confirmation email that says, “We have received your application.
Please click ‘Submit Loan’ to begin the loan process.”
Once you’ve completed the process, Rocket mortgage will send you a new Rocket mortgage payment email that includes your new Rocket Mortgage payment amount.
The process takes about 10 minutes to complete, and Rocket Mortgage says that the process can take up to 3 hours.
Once approved, Rocket mortgages are available to purchase and pay directly from their website.
You should note that Rocket Mortgage is a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, which owns and operates Rocket Mortgage, and is not affiliated with Rocket Mortgage’s parent company, the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
However, Rocket has received financial backing from the MBA since it started its business, and the MBA does not have an investment in Rocket Mortgage or any of its subsidiary companies.
